5. Listings and Content

Users who post listings represent and warrant that:

• Images and descriptions accurately represent the property
• The property complies with all applicable laws and regulations

HouseMatch.ng reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

6. Pay Small Small Service

Our Pay Small Small service allows eligible users to pay rent in installments. By using this service, you agree to:

• Complete the verification process as required
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Pay any applicable interest and fees as disclosed
• Accept consequences for late or missed payments

7. Fees and Payments

HouseMatch.ng may charge fees for certain services. All fees are:

• Disclosed before you complete a transaction
• Non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Subject to change with reasonable notice

8. Limitation of Liability

HouseMatch.ng is a platform that connects users and does not:

• Guarantee the accuracy of listings or user information
• Verify the condition of properties unless explicitly stated
• Mediate disputes between users
• Guarantee successful matches or transactions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HouseMatch.ng shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Behavior that harms other users or the Platform

10. Changes to Terms
